How much does the Pulse ComfortRide weigh?

It weighs 27 kg without the battery, on a light aluminium frame. It folds with one click to 40 × 66 × 79 cm, small enough for most car boots.

How far can it go on one charge?

Up to 15 km per charge at a top speed of 6 km/h. It has a bigger 24V 12Ah lithium-ion battery than our standard 10Ah chairs. Real range depends on the user's weight, the road surface and slopes.

Can I use it outdoors?

Yes. It is built for indoor floors, uneven paths and outdoor roads, and climbs gentle slopes and ramps of up to 10°.

What is the maximum user weight?

The ComfortRide supports users up to 120 kg. For users up to 140 kg, see our Heavy Duty range.

Can I take it on a flight?

It is IATA compliant. The battery is 24V 12Ah (288 Wh). Each airline makes its own final decision on mobility devices, so please check with your airline before you fly.

Is the frame made of carbon fibre?

No. The carbon-fibre look on this chair is a hydro-dipped colour finish. The frame itself is aluminium, which keeps it light and strong.

What is the seat size?

The seat is 42 × 42 cm, with 7.5" front and 12" rear wheels. Overall size is 104 × 66 × 100 cm.

What warranty do I get?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is free across India and usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your PIN code.
