What makes these the Premium Segment?
These are our most comfortable everyday chairs. All three have a light aluminium frame, dual 250 W motors, electromagnetic brakes and a 15 km range, with extras like a bigger 12Ah battery (ComfortRide), a 160° recline (Premium Comfort) or a wide 50 cm seat (TravelMate).
How far can they go on a single charge?
All three are rated for up to 15 km per charge, at a top speed of 6 km/h. Actual range depends on the user's weight, the road surface and slopes.
How much weight can they carry?
All three Premium models support users up to 120 kg.
Which Premium model is the lightest?
The Pulse TravelMate is the lightest at 23 kg. The Pulse ComfortRide and Pulse Premium Comfort weigh 27 kg each. All weights are without the battery.
Can I take them on a flight?
All three are IATA compliant. Each airline makes its own final decision on mobility devices, so please check with your airline before you fly.
Are the frames made of carbon fibre?
No. Most Pulse chairs have a light aluminium frame, and the heavy-duty models and SlimFold use a sturdy steel frame. The carbon-fibre look on some models is a hydro-dipped colour finish.
What warranty do Pulse wheelchairs come with?
Every Pulse wheelchair comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the frame, motor and electrical parts. See our Warranty Policy page for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free across India and usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your PIN code.
